I have suffered from cystitis for 2.5 years and recently developed kidney stones. After trying various natural remedies, I started taking D-mannose. I used D-Mannose with other treatments for kidney stones. Initially, there was no change, but once I added cranberry juice and other herbs, I felt relief. The capsules are large but effective.
